We mainly ship the goods by ocean freight, and we also will arrange the shipping by Air Freight or Express according to customer’s needs.
Of course you can get our samples, due to the mass production, a sample is always needed. Generally, samples can be free offered while freight cost should be paid by our customers.
We have flexible packing ways according to diffierent products, mainly including following package methods:
* Package with plastic protector of edge and corner
* Package with foam board
* Cardboard boxes
* Wooden crates
In order to protect the rights and interests of our customers, we will offer 2 years’ warranty time. If you have any issues about the products, please contact us, we will give you support asap.
Generally it is about 25-30 days if the products are standard. Customized production will need 35-45days, it is also related to the order quantity. If we occur the Covid-19 pandemic, we will inform our customers and adjust the delivery time.
Both LC and TT are acceptable. By TT, we generally accept 30% deposit, while balance before delivery.
